Please use this form if you are making a payment that is not otherwise permitted by the online booking system. For example, if you have paid a deposit by cheque (or some other method not recorded on the online booking system) but wish to pay the balance electronically.

Also, if you have paid a deposit for a private course (using the Private course booking form) you can use the current form to pay the balance.
